View CartOur Hexy Minnows are a compact hard or jig-style lure with an angled, faceted (hex) head that forces an aggressive, erratic side‑to‑side darting action on short twitches—making it deadly for a wide range of predatory fish and a variety of retrieves:
-
Twitch‑pause‑twitch: short, sharp rod twitches with brief pauses produces the classic erratic dart and trigger strikes.
-
Slow jigging or vertical presentations: let it sink then impart short lifts to entice reaction strikes.
-
Trolling or fast retrieves: the head shape lets it track well at speed for imitating fleeing baitfish

Fantastic jig I used them to fish for Spanish Mackerel this summer in the Gulf absolutely wore the fish out.
Plus they held to the teeth.

The jigs catch fish, plain and simple! If I had to critique anything it would be to maybe switch the hooks to one that places the eye of the hook a little more forward on the jig (1 oz hexy jig) to give it a little more darting action. Other than that, the jigs are beautiful and they catch fish!
Thank you very much for the feedback! It is very much appreciated. We are ALWAYS looking to improve in any way possible. We will definitely look to implement your suggestion. Thank you for your support and keep catching them out there!
It's really well made and fast shipping as well highly recommended
