We focused heavily on the hardware. Instead of standard swivels that stick or bind, the FlashTail is built around a high-grade ball-bearing swivel. This means the blade engages instantly the second it hits the water. Whether you’re burning a bait back to the boat or letting it flutter down on a slack line, you get continuous, frictionless rotation.

The blade itself features a scaled finish to break up the light, throwing off the same erratic, strobe-like flash as a panicked baitfish. That extra flash and subtle vibration widens your lure's footprint in the water column, giving lethargic or suspended predators a reason to react, even in stained water.
