The Lock-In Lip Design:

If you reel as soon as the lure is in the water or on the surface, it will submerge slightly (about 6 to 12 inches) just to find its swimming track. How To Fish (Techniques)
On a Steady Retrieve, the lure fishes itself. No crazy rod pops needed. Simply cast, let it sink to the desired depth, and crank. It'll perform just as well sub-surface. The lures articulated tail action, seductive head wobble, and reflective scales will do the work of attracting fish and getting bit. The tail will kick on either a slow or fast retrieve. The lip design allows for any style retrieves and steady trolling regardless of depth.Burn & Pause: Burn the lure to really activate the tight, jointed swimming action, then kill the retrieve instantly. The sudden pause allows the body to level out and slowly shimmy sink, often triggering hook-ups from following fish that can't stop their momentum.
