We only accept returns from customers within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for international orders at this time. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.

Starting an online return is easy. Start at https://colmants.com/apps/returns 

Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?
(eligible for returns) 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only accept unused resellable items, or defective items. Items must be in the original packaging with tags and components intact. You’ll also need  screenshots of the items sent as proof via email. 

What items and exceptions are non-refundable?
Gift cards, Discounted items (if applicable). Damaged, loss, or theft issues. If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. If the purchased product is lost or stolen, Please collect evidence and contact us immediately. 

Exchanges
Due to inventory fluctuations, we will unfortunately not be able to exchange item(s). If the item(s) that you want is in stock, you can simply order the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you don't, for a full refund.

Refund Solutions
Refund to original payment method. Refund to store gift card. Refund to your store discount.

How soon will I get my refund?
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 1-3 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@colmants.com.
